Refund Policy

Shwasam.com is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our shoppers. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, full priced items in original condition are returnable for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. 

For refund please contact returns@shwasam.com to request a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.

Discounted or customized items are final sale and not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using an insured courier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS.  Shwasam.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also preferably be in the original packaging Shwasam box.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.
